Childswork Learning Center is a non-profit early childhood education school located in Southeast Portland, Oregon. Since 1984, our school has served a diverse population of children and families, focusing on the development of the whole child with respect and compassion.

Childswork is a safe place for children to explore, take chances, make messes and learn through play. At Childswork we nurture wonder, we embrace joy, and we foster discovery.

Camps

Investigate, Discover, Create.

Childswork offers 10 one-week camps during the summer months. Each week provides a different possibility for exploration, investigation and discovery focusing on topics such as art, music, adventure, building, and water play. Campers can attend two (T/Th), three (MWF) or five days a week. Camps are held from 9am to 12pm daily and can be combined with the Explorers program to extend the day.

As a service to our families, we also offer special camps and Explorers during our winter and spring breaks and during our staff in-service and conference days. Winter Break Camp Registration Forms and the 2012 All Camp Registration Form (PDF) are available here online, and in the Main Office.
