Auction

The biggest fundraising event of the year at Childswork is our annual auction which happens in the spring.

The 2012 Childswork auction is right around the corner! This year's event will be held at the Melody Ballroom on Saturday, March 17. In year's past the auction has always been a family oriented, day-time event but this year's event will look a little different. In hopes of giving parents a night out and a chance to socialize, this year's auction will be an adult-only, evening event featuring a LIVE and SILENT auction.

With the purchase of your ticket you will be treated to a sit down dinner, drinks, and the opportunity to catch up with friends from the Childswork community. Widmer Brothers Brewing has generously donated beer and we have also received a selection of wines from local wineries.

The evening's festivities will be hosted by our very own Childswork parent Mo Phillips. This Portland dad has kids and parents in mind when writing his songs. Fans of indie rock will like his quirky melodies and both generations can relate to topics like bad dreams and the joy of riding a bike.

Tickets: $45 includes a sit down dinner with one drink. Other drinks available for purchase.

Childcare

Do you need someone to watch your kids while you attend the auction? We have an option for you! We are teaming up with The Children's Gym for a Parent's Night Out. The evening includes class time, games, crafts, open gym, food and a movie and is available for children ages 3 through 14 years old. Care will be available from 5:00-10:00pm.

Pricing:

Registered Families at The Children's Gym (current on the once a year $40 registration fee): $35 for one child $50 for two $10 for each additional child within same family

Non Registered Families: $45 for one $60 for two $10 each additional child within same family

These spots will go fast so sign up in the office as soon as possible!

There is street parking around the Melody Ballroom as well as several lots close by that will be available on the night of the auction:
